Kristyn handles everything — the menu, the shopping, the cooking, the serving, and the cleanup. All you have to do is show up and enjoy.
Private Dinners are available for:
Plated dinners — up to 8 guests
Family-style spreads & small bites — up to 15 guests
Priced as a flat fee + cost of groceries.

Hi, I'm Kristyn!
With over 30 years in the culinary world, I've had the most incredible journey — and I'm so excited to bring that passion and experience directly to your table.
My career has taken me from the Yale School of Drama, where I served as Executive Chef of the Yale Cabaret, to the vibrant kitchens of New York City, where I had the honor of being the opening Executive Chef of the New Leaf Café — the flagship restaurant of Bette Midler's New York Restoration Project. Those years shaped my love for fine dining, creativity, and the art of making every meal feel truly special.
Teaching has always been close to my heart. I've designed culinary programs for high school students and adults alike — exploring global cuisines, nutrition, culture, and hands-on technique. There is nothing more rewarding than watching someone fall in love with food the way I have.
One of my most meaningful roles was serving as Executive Chef and Director of Food Services at the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, founded by Paul Newman. Cooking for children with serious illnesses — and doing it with care, joy, and collaboration with their medical teams — reminded me why food is so much more than a meal.
I believe food has the power to bring people together, tell stories, and create memories that last a lifetime. Whether I'm crafting an intimate dinner for two or feeding a crowd, I pour that belief into everything I make.
